Xavier Prabhu - Passionate Entrepreneur, Brand Enthusiast, Social Media Student and Budding Writer

A leading thinker/consultant on branding & communication globally, Xavier combines his deep subject knowledge with his role as an entrepreneur over the past 9 years in creating one of India's most promising full-service communication firms. He has donned multiple hats of writer, editor, teacher, trainer, consultant and entrepreneur in a successful career span spread over 15 years. A regular speaker at both national and international forums, Xavier speaks on topics as varied as branding, PR, social media, leadership, entrepreneurship and motivation. He is at present an avid student of social media learning constantly and pivoting initiatives for some of PRHUB's clients, in this arena.

In April 2008, Xavier was among the few entrepreneurs in the branding space chosen by Insead Business School Singapore to interact with its students, while on a visit to India. He also addressed a diverse global audience of branding and communication professionals at reputed forums such as the International Communication Conference in Slovenia organized by ICCO in May 2008 and the Eurasian PR conference in Almaty in October 2008 besides being a VIP speaker at the 5th International PR conference in Teheran. In 2007, he addressed a group of communication and PR agency owners in Brussels on 'India - the opportunity'.

Xavier headed the editorial of Businessgyan - a business handbook in Bangalore, for close to three years since its launch, besides freelance writing for one of India's largest IT periodicals. He was National brand advisor to AIESEC India during which time he helped formulate a new positioning line for them.

Xavier sits on the board of Governors of ISB & M, a leading multi-city B-school in India and has been on the Board of Symbiosis Institute of Mass Communication, GICONS and COMMITS among others. He is a visiting faculty at many leading educational institutions in India. He was chosen by the Leadership Institute, US as an outstanding achiever from India.

Xavier writes fiction and non fiction in his spare time and hopes to churn best sellers someday when he has enough time to read and write. A foodie, he loves traveling, meeting interesting people, writing and occasionally shaking his legs on a dance floor.
